Having been born in Pathankot, acting has been her hobby since she was 5 years old. Her hobby changed to passion as time passed as she was inspired by many amazing actors of Bollywood. Parul dons many hats, one of them being that of a yoga and fitness trainer. Her prided feats involve substantial weight loss, total body conditioning and transformation, bettering physical constraints and injuries.
She was first drawn to Yoga in an instructive workshop she attended in her hometown and she was so inspired by soothing, centering effect of yoga that she continued with it and soon developed a deep understanding of Yoga herself. Listening deeply to her body she realized that she felt the most healing effects of Yoga through the practice of Meditation.Parul took her passion seriously and transcended into learning yoga and fitness formally.
She is an accomplished yoga and fitness scholar. Parul started her first Teacher’s Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. It was a 4 month intensive teacher training course. Post which, she started the Meditation and Healing workshop at OshoNisarg, Himachal Pradesh.She finally went for the home-run and is now studying to be an MBA with specialization in Health and Fitness from the Sikkim Manipal University. She is also a recognized and certified fitness therapist having completed a personal training from K11 institute from Mumbai.



Her classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities with modifications provided as needed. Parul brings great enthusiasm as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has over 5 years of professional experience. She has conducted workshops in Mumbai, Goa, Rishikesh, Kerala and KohSamui (Thailand)
As a health coach who’s well versed in nutrition and behavioral issues, Parul understands how the right combination fuels one to success. She is always striving to reach people and help them achieve their optimum health. Being a health instructor and highly accomplished in nutritional and behavioral issues, the blend of the right amount of nutrients, tempered evenly with the perfect amount of motivation, one-on-one exclusively, is her mantra to realise her target: optimum health for her clients.
Wanting to share this healing she now takes short sessions of Yoga and Meditation, teaching students breathing and mindfulness techniques. Opening her practice to others, she aims to spread the wealth of effortless, stillness, and awareness through yoga in daily life. She also hopes to share with people this wonderful tool allowing them to further develop on their path to a fulfilling life.
